Bill Bucknor, affectionately known as "The Rasta" was born in Mile Gully, Jamaica. He moved to Jamaica Queens, New York at the tender age of 12. His mother instilled in him and his siblings a simple motto " Either learn how to cook, or let some woman make you starve." He was raised on traditional Jamaican foods and realized that the kitchen was his haven. He enjoys watching people enjoy his food. He often cooks for potlucks and family gatherings and occasionally his children's workplace. Now he has decided to share his authentic and creative dishes with everyone.
